Yesterday, hell bent on finishing something besides a box-loom bag, I resumed weaving Let There Be Light. Part of the problem is that I didn’t take all the Paternayan yarns needed to complete the job, so I’ll have to improvise and hope to maintain the thick rough feel of the yarns throughout. The thing is, it was supposed to be a bag, and I decided to just do it as a tapestry. So now I’ll have to improvise the ending and beginning of it because the thing has no hem.
That’s what happens when you change horses in midstream sometimes.
